Love Effy jewelry! Have quite a few pieces and everything I purchased from Effy has been perfect! Delivery is so fast too!

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings and the back of one earrings did not hold and I lost the earring. Was very disappointed that EFFY was not willing to even sell me the earring at wholesale cost. I ended up buying the earring at the original cost of 1 earring. The person I worked with was very polite and nice but I didn't think the policy of replacement was appropriate.

Raphael did his best to get us a price we could work with for the latest piece we gifted our daughter to add to her collection from Effy. Raphael also worked on our order during his vacation. Very commendable!

I've always had a great experience when I've dealt with Effy. From speaking with the first person and waiting for the piece of jewelry to arrive. By the way, your jewelry is so special and beautiful. I did have a problem with a male once, didn't get the piece I wanted because I no longer wanted to deal with him. I no longer remember his name. I ordered a necklace on Sept 7th with 2-day FedEx shipping, it is Sept 16th and I still have not received my package. FedEx first attempted to deliver the package on 9/13, however since I work all day and despite my apt having a secure package delivery system, Effy requires an adult signature for delivery. I asked FedEx to hold the package for me to pick up and they said they weren’t allowed unless Effy told them to hold it. After calling customer service and being told they would alert FedEx, FedEx has continued to attempt delivery every day this week. At this point I hope the package is returned to Effy so I can get my $ back and shop elsewhere.

Received the ring yesterday and it's absolutely Beautiful. Can't wait to see the wife's face on our Anniversary. Thanks again Raphael for the great customer service

I just purchased another Effy's spray jewelry cleaner and have found it to be outstanding. I use it on an Effy diamond cocktail ring, a yellow diamond Effy pendant and all my other jewels. I can spray the jewelry without removing it using a small towel or washcloth as backing for overspray. It is so much easier to clean with the sprayer instead of removing the items and soaking them in a jar. In addition the very soft brush that comes with the cleaner works perfectly in removing any haze that may have coated the stones and gold mountings.
In summary this cleaner works better than any other liquid cleaner I have ever used over many years leaving my Effy gems looking just like new with minimal effort. I also can use it with total confidence knowing that it will never damage all my jewelry including non-Effy items.

Very happy with the multi-sapphire pendant. Wanted to order a ring to compliment it but nothing available in size 5 and the one I was interested in cannot be sized down. Previously bought multi-sapphire earrings from Macy's, that is why I went to your website.
